Our Vision & Values

From the Valley to an Exceeding Great Army

The prophetic foundation of Breathing New Life Outreach Ministries and Center

The identity, cadence, and naming of Breathing New Life Outreach Ministries and Center are explicitly drawn from the prophetic text of Ezekiel 37:1-14. In this historical and spiritual account, the prophet is placed in a valley filled with dry, fragmented, and disconnected bones – a stark visual representation of a community that has lost its hope, its structure, and its vitality.

The divine mandate given to the prophet was not to mourn the dryness, but to prophesy to the wind, commanding the breath (the Hebrew ‘Ruach’) to enter the slain so they could stand upon their feet as an exceeding great army.

BNL operates under this exact prophetic compulsion. We look at fractured urban landscapes, declining ministries, broken family systems, and isolated leaders not as lost causes, but as spaces awaiting the creative, restorative breath of God. Our theological framework insists that no matter how long a situation has been stagnant, structural integration and systemic life are entirely possible when divine truth matches practical human strategy.

Our Vision & Mission

 Core Vision Statement

To be a premier global beacon of hope, restoration, and systemic transformation – rebuilding broken walls, revitalizing declining institutions, and empowering individuals to manifest their highest divine calling across every circle of influence.

 Core Mission Statement

Breathing New Life Outreach Ministries and Center exists to systematically revitalize individuals, families, and neighborhoods through Christ-centered, holistic care, rigorous leadership development, and aggressive, hands-on community advocacy.

The Four Pillars of Core Values

We reject the notion that ministry should be passive or superficial. We anchor our operations, partnerships, and daily counseling sessions in four uncompromised core values:

Transformational Leadership

We do not train people to simply maintain existing systems; we develop 21st-century leaders equipped to transform them. Our model requires absolute integrity, scholarly precision, and the capacity to recognize the unique gifts, psychological needs, and cultural contexts of those we lead.

Servant Leadership

True authority is born out of humility and a deep commitment to the dignity of humanity. Following the model of Jesus Christ, our leadership metrics are measured not by how many people serve us, but by how effectively and comprehensively we serve the marginalized and the hurting.

Compassion

Compassion is not generic pity; it is love in action. We approach the broken, the addicted, the grieving, and the socially disenfranchised with deep emotional empathy, absolute truth, and immediate, practical support systems designed to lift them out of crisis.

Community Commitment

Revitalization cannot be achieved through short-term, superficial programs. We are fiercely committed to long-term sustainable development, multi-decade neighborhood advocacy, and building collaborative public-private partnerships that outlive our immediate generation.
